RETURN & WARRANTY POLICIES

STOP KNOB ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

You (“the Purchaser”) may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not yet been shipped. All cancellations must be made by the Purchaser through the online cancellation process. Stop Knob does not accept order cancellations via email. Once a product has shipped, the Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges incurred, including return shipping costs in accordance with the Standard Return Policy set forth below.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

 We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. Standard Returns involve the return of Stop Knob products purchased directly from Stop Knob that were delivered to the Purchaser free of any damage or defects. Unless otherwise stated, Stop Knob accepts Standard Returns on any of its products subject to the following conditions:

  • NEW Condition: Any returned products must be in NEW condition. NEW condition means the product is free from any use, wear, damage, or alterations at the time the returned product is delivered to Stop Knob. Products that are not in NEW condition are ineligible for return and NO refund will be issued.
  • Return Shipping: The Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. Stop Knob is not liable for products that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All risk of loss lies with the Purchaser prior to the returned product being delivered to Stop Knob.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be issued only after a returned product arrives to a designated Stop Knob facility, and Stop Knob verifies that the product has been returned in NEW condition. Purchaser should allow reasonable time for Stop Knob to process and inspect the return prior to receiving a refund. Stop Knob will provide a full refund for the product only. No refunds will be issued for return shipping costs. 

DEFECT RETURN POLICY

Defect Returns involve the return of Stop Knob products purchased directly from Stop Knob that were delivered to the Purchaser in defective condition. Unless otherwise stated, Stop Knob accepts Defect Returns on any of its products subject to the following conditions:

STOP KNOB PRODUCT WARRANTY

Coverage Period: This warranty covers the Stop Knob products for Life Time against manufacturer defects.

1.     Coverage: The warranty provides protection against any defects arising from the manufacturing process of the Stop Knob product.

2.     Claims Process: In the event of a manufacturer defect, customers are required to initiate a warranty claim by contacting Stop Knob at Warranty@StopKnob.com. Please include, full name, email address, proof of purchase, a detailed description of the defect, & pictures if possible.

3.     Evaluation: Once the warranty claim is received, Stop Knob will evaluate the provided information and may request additional details, if necessary, to verify the defect.

4.     Resolution: If the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturer's fault, Stop Knob will, at its sole discretion replace the defective product. Replacements outside of the US & Canada will be charged actual shipping.

5.     Exclusions: This warranty is null and void if the defect, malfunction, or failure of the product or any component part was caused by damage (not resulting from a defect or malfunction) or abuse while in the possession of the customer. Tampering by any person or the failure to fully comply with the Stop Knob operating and installation instructions voids this Warranty. Stop Knob is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

6.     Return of Defective Product: In certain cases, Stop Knob may require the defective product to be returned for further assessment.

7.     Limitations: This Warranty is in lieu of all other Warranty’s, Stop Knob reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty at any time without prior notice. By using the Stop Knob product, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this warranty.
