Not only were the parts great and worked, but my review was on the service this company provides, we had a mishap where the wrong part was ordered, then the wrong address was put on one of the 3 orders, through no fault of the company. All it took was a phone call we got a refund, and the part that ended up going to the wrong address was returned, and before they got it back has the replacement part in the mail for us again. When they say Happiness Guarantee they don't lie. I made so many mistakes on the orders, and Mike D fixed all my problems. Item was delivered promptly. Instructions for removal of old knob and installation of stop knob were included and easy to understand. The stop knob performs as expected.

The stop knob was easy to install and works as designed. We no longer worry about about our motorhome rolling away with our pups inside. Also, gives me a peice of mind when cleaning the windshield leaning over the dash.

Since we bought our motorhome a year ago, we have constantly been trying to find a product that we could put on the air brake button that would allow nobody to be able to push it in accidentally while we are stopped. We finally found it. It was so easy to install and we love it.
